Become A H.O.A Board Member

Everyone,
We have three positions open this year and we are looking for volunteers that are willing to be part of the 2027 H.O.A Board.

If you are interested in taking time to help your neighborhood, please take some time to think about volunteering. If you do volunteer and get a role on the board you will not have to pay the dues for the years that you are on the board.

The H.O.A Board member will have a term of 2 years from the January after the election. They will help to decide the things that our dues are used to invest in for making sure our community stays beautiful and well maintained. Each person going up for election will be asked to write a paragraph to tell about what makes them a great person to be on the board.

    What does the time commitment look like for a board position?

      Mike,

      Usually there is one meeting every other month for an hour or two on a weekday. Outside of that we do the spring and fall cleanup, some meetings with vendors throughout the summer. Also, there may be calling some vendors to discuss projects. I would say a month you would spend around five hours.
