This is a reminder that our annual H.O.A Meeting is this week.

Annual HOA Meeting – Tuesday, October 13th at 7:00 PM

During this meeting we will cover a lot of topics that are very important to any member of the H.O.A. These will include current financials, the work that was done this year, the 2027 future plans and most of all the voting for members for the 3 positions that are open this year which include president, director, and communication leader (website, Facebook).

The option to vote electronically is available at the link below, otherwise paper voting will be available at the meeting. Voting is open until 6:00 pm on October 13th.

If you would like to preserve your right to vote for a person who might be nominated from the floor at the annual meeting, and you are unable to attend that meeting, you may appoint a proxy to vote in your behalf. Proxies must be in attendance at the annual meeting. Proxies are also due at the latest at 6:00 pm on October 13 through email to amy.rouech@gmail.com.
