Happy Holidays
The H.O.A Board wants to wish you a happy holiday and we hope that you are enjoying the snow and true winter wonderland that has come in the last couple of weeks. Thank you to all the houses that are making it even more beautiful with their lights and outdoor decorations. Also we wanted to take time to remind you to drive safely in the neighborhood as it can get slick near entrances and hilly areas as ice builds up. Finally a reminder that you should try to clear the area around your mailboxes to make it easier for the mail carriers.
2026 Fall Meeting and Board Members
The board wanted to announce that the new board for the HOA has been finalized. We have one new member Kathie Reschke (LOT 52) who will become the secretary. Elen Chavez will be transitioning from the secretary role into the Treasurer role. Bill Carnevale will continue as the maintenance director. The other three positions will be up for election next year, which include Webmaster, President, and Home Owner Representative Director. Fall HOA Member Meeting The fall meeting notes and slides have been posted on the website. Please take some time to review the information at this meeting notes link. Power Line Maintenance If you have been walking the Jacoby trail in the last month or so you have most likely noticed the large amount of clear land. The board was contacted and told that they are clearing out the area around the power lines to hopefully help with power outages during the stormy and winter times. Please take care when walking the trail by Jacoby and make sure you watch your footing if you are walking under the power lines.

Fall Clean up
The board was happy with the turn out from the fall clean up that happened before Thanksgiving. The group that turned out was able to get the trails blown, the boardwalk boards replaced where needed, and finally adjusting the boards to help with the yearly warping and movement. Thank you homeowners Valvano, Scott, Bray, Giesige, Burkhart, Rouech, Morrison, Fenton, Veach, Shah, and Mario for your contributions this morning. If you see these homeowners, please acknowledge their effort. We can’t have the beautiful neighborhood we have without coming together to keep it that way! Scenic View Court The scenic view court update was completed during the fall. Over the next couple of years the smaller plants will grow in but the design is a much more modern and appealing layout for our neighborhood. This work will be the last till we build up some savings to complete the Kensington updates which should come in 2027. Safety Reminder Neighbors! Please remember to carry a flashlight and/or wear reflective clothing when walking along the street curb after dark. We have had a few close calls recently – deer and neighbors.
