This is a reminder that you all should have received a message in your mailbox about dues for the H.O.A. The dues were to be paid by June 30, 2024, but we are still missing payments from homeowners. If the payment is not paid before August 1st the homeowner will be assessed a late fee of $75.

Just as a reminder, these dues cover the period of July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. All assessment dues go toward general upkeep of the common and conservation areas as well as generate a small contribution to our reserve for future projects.
