Homeowners,

This is a reminder that you all should have received a message in your mailbox about dues for the H.O.A. The dues were to be paid by June 30, 2024, but we have only received about half of them right now. There is a grace period till July 31st, but after that any payments received will be assessed a late fee of $75.

Just as a reminder, these dues cover the period of July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. All assessment dues go toward general upkeep of the common and conservation areas as well as generate a small contribution to our reserve for future projects.
