Hello HOA Members,

The HOA board wanted to send out a message to let you know that the Jacoby entrance is the first entrance in the beautification project being done by Your Way Property Services. They have come out and flagged the entrance, and the work to beautify it will begin towards the end of next week.

We would like to ask that you drive carefully and be patient around the entrance while work is underway. We want to make sure everyone is safe and that the workers are protected from injury. This work will take a couple of days for Phase 1 to be complete. After this work is completed, the rest of the phases will start over the next couple of years, to provide similar look and feel, helping us align to the same standards and keep our neighborhood looking beautiful for a long time to come. The continuous improvement of our neighborhood’s entrances will not only elevate the visual appeal but also uphold the standards that reflect the pride we have in our community.
