I hope that everyone has had a great October. The homeowners association (HOA) board wanted to again say thank you for all your support in attending the annual homeowners association (HOA) meeting, both in person and online. We were pleasantly surprised by the attendance and appreciated all of the discussions and feedback.

First up are the results from the voting for board members

• Treasure – Joe Veach was re-elected
• Secretary – Ellen Chaves Fenton was re-elected
• Maintenance Director – Bill Carnevale was re-elected
