We are going to have two events coming up in the next month that are great opportunities for you to meet your neighbors or provide your feedback on what is going on around the HOA.

HOA Potluck
Saturday, September 30th starting at 3pm

We will have the two in-state Big Ten Games playing. We will provide the hot dogs and brats. There will be cider and donuts, bonfire s’mores. There will be some lawn games also.

Annual HOA Meeting
October 17th @ 7pm

Annual Oaks at Beach Lake Home Owners Association Meeting. Here we will cover all the finances and discussions that have happened over the last year. We will also talk about the future decisions on the beauty and maintenance of the Home Owners Association’s property.

Please come and attend in person, if you aren’t able to make it in person, we will provide a link for you to join to participate virtually.
