Dear Homeowner:

Your Oaks at Beach Lake Homeowners Association dues for 2023 are due on June 30, 2023. These dues cover the time period of July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024. All assessment dues go toward general upkeep of the common and conservation areas as well as generate a small contribution to our reserve for future projects.

The dues for 2023 will be $950.00, same amount as last year’s dues.

Any payments received AFTER July 31^st will be assessed a late fee of $75 and the total amount then to be paid is $1,025.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

In addition, we have received requests from many homeowners indicating that they would like to see our entrances spruced up and beautified. Such a project would require a substantial investment. We plan to discuss this during our Annual HOA meeting in the fall as this would have an impact on our annual dues. Please plan to attend.
